These onion rings are a great beer snack. And I really liked it without beer. The main thing is that everything is very simple. The bow inside becomes transparent and soft. A crisp on top complements it. All lovers of onions just need to cook them.
You will need:
1 large onion
0.5 l fermented milk product (kefir, biokefir, sour yogurt, ryazhenka)
0.5 tbsp. breadcrumbs
any spices, dried herbs, salt
Onion cut into rings and separate it into smaller ringlets. Pour kefir and refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix crackers with salt and spices. Dip each ring in crackers, put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
