Rosemary lemon salt
large sea salt - 300 g
lemons - 2 pcs.
dried rosemary - 1 tbsp.
Wash and dry lemons. Grate zest on a fine grater and mix with coarse sea salt.
Dry salt in the oven at the lowest temperature. Cool and mix with rosemary. With this salt, you can bake the fish, after having lubricated it with olive oil.
