Marinade for meat
Products (for 1 kg of meat):
- dry red wine 750 ml
- onion 1 head
- carrots 2 pcs.
- bay leaf 1 pc.
- Celery stalk 1 pc.
- parsley to taste
- thyme (thyme, bogorodskaya grass) to taste
- rosemary to taste
- black peppercorns 3 peas
Preparation:
Finely chop the parsley and celery, chop the onion into thin rings, cut the carrots into thin circles with the other components. Pour the meat over the mixture and refrigerate for 12 hours, occasionally turning the meat over.
