Lemon olive oil
- 3 glasses of olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 1 tbsp. dried
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sprig of oregano (oregano) or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 1 sprig of thyme (thyme) or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 5 black peppercorns
We wash the herbs and dry them well. Dried herbs are slightly kneaded with a spoon or twisted between each other, so that essential oils stand out more quickly. From a clean, dried lemon in a spiral cut off the skin, but so as not to capture the pulp. Pour peas in a clean, dry jar, put prepared herbs, bay leaves and lemon skin. Fill everything with oil at normal room temperature. For a day we leave the jar in a dark place, for example, in a closet. Then you can remove the refrigerator door. Completely ready lemon oil will be in 2 - 4 weeks. They can fill up a salad or serve with fish dishes.
