Princely Russian soup - Special menu.

Beef - 700 g
onions - 2 pcs
carrots - 2 pieces
sauerkraut - 500 g
celery root - 1/4
vegetable oil - 2 table. spoons
potato - 4 pieces
turnips - 1 pc
tomato paste - 2 table. spoons
garlic - 2 cloves
salt - to taste
ground black pepper - pinch
Cooking method:
Wash the meat, pour 4 liters of water and bring to a boil, remove the foam.

Put the unpeeled onion and 1 carrot (fried in a pan without oil) into the pan and cook for 1 hour.

Sauerkraut squeeze, put in a saucepan, add water and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

Peel the onions and carrots.

Chop the onions and grate the carrots.

Celery root clean and cut into strips.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry all vegetables.

Cabbage, fold in a colander, then add to a saucepan with vegetables.

Pour 200 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Strain the broth, chop the meat.

Peel potatoes and turnips, cut into slices.

Bring broth to a boil, put potatoes and turnips, cook for 10 minutes.

Add cabbage with vegetables, meat, tomato paste and chopped garlic.

Salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
