Pumpkin Cream Soup - Special Menu.

pumpkin - 800 g
carrot - 300 g
onions - 2 pcs
garlic - 3 cloves
cream - 100 ml
sour cream - 100 g
dry ginger - 1/2 tsp. spoons
Curry - 1/2 tsp. spoons
salt - 1 tsp. spoon
vegetable oil - 2 table. spoons
greens - a bunch
Cooking method:
Rinse the pumpkin, peel and cut into small cubes.

Grind onions.

Wash my carrots, peel and chop them.

Pour oil into a saucepan and fry vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in water (water should cover vegetables by 2-3 cm).

Pass garlic through a press and add to vegetables. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, ginger, curry. Stir well.

Then we enter the cream and boil the soup after boiling for 2-3 minutes.

Using a blender, beat the soup until the consistency of liquid puree.

Pour the pumpkin soup in sauce. On the surface we make a pattern with sour cream and decorate with greens.

Enjoy your meal!

If the soup is too thick, it can be diluted with water and boiled again.
