4 turkey steaks (500 g thigh, 500 g chicken fillet cut into portions)
100-150 ml marinade for poultry meat
Put the meat in a plastic bag, add the marinade, tightly tie. Shake several times to evenly distribute the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes-1 hour.

Peel the tomato from the skin and cut it into small pieces. Chop onions finely. Large berries cut into small pieces. Put all the ingredients for salsa in a small deep dish, add salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Cover the dishes with salsa and refrigerate.
