Vegetable salad for dinner. Diversify your menu!
Tasty and healthy!

Ingredients:

fresh cabbage - 250 grams of
raw beets - 1 piece of
carrots - 2 tuki
onions - 1 piece
1 clove of garlic
0,5 tsp. sugar
0.5 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
mayonnaise

Preparation:

Shinkle cabbage, my hands, salt, add sugar, vinegar. We rub beets and carrots on a grater for Korean carrots. Onions cut into half rings. We fry separately on vegetable oil onions, carrots, beets. Add the vegetables to the cabbage, stir and add the garlic, passed through garlic crock, dressing with mayonnaise. You can add fresh cucumber and cheese.
