Homemade cheese with dill and garlic

1 liter of milk (2.5 fat) - the fatter the better
1 st.l. coarse salt (like salting place safely 1.5-2st.l)
400 ml cream (20%)
4 eggs
fresh herbs (to taste)
4 cloves of garlic (to taste)

homemade cheese with dill and garlic:

Milk pour into a saucepan, add salt and all boil it. Sour cream with eggs and a thin trickle pour into boiling milk. Cook, stirring, 5-7 minutes. When large flakes are formed, add greens, garlic. And then strain through gauze. Squeeze, put under load for 5-6 hours, put into the refrigerator.
Cheese is tender and delicious. I took 1.5 tablespoons of salt.
