Tortillas made of wheat flour
Ingredients 4 portions
Wheat flour 4 cups
Salt 2 teaspoons
Margarine 120 g
Water 1.25 cups
1. Mix flour with salt, sift through a sieve, add fat, pour in water, knead dough.
2. From the dough, prepare balls of the size of an egg, give them 15 minutes to lie down and then roll each ball into a circle the size of a saucer or slightly larger.
3. Tortilla fry in a pan without fat for about 2 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other.
