Sugar - 2 tsp.
Whiskey Irish - 45 ml
Freshly brewed coffee - 3/5 cups
Cream 40% - 1 tbsp.
In a glass for Irish coffee, mix the sugar and whiskey, then add hot strong coffee. In a small bowl, whip the cream lightly. Gently pour the cream on the back of a large spoon into the coffee so that they stay on the surface. Serve without stirring.
