Florentine pizza

yeast dough for pizza - 200 g
spinach fresh - 2 tufts
champignons - 200 g
Cheese hard - 150 g
egg chicken - 4 pieces
tomato - 1 pc
garlic - 2 cloves
onion - 1 pc.
basil - 1 branch
Salt and pepper - to taste
parsley or basil - for decoration

Spinach washed, cut into strips, pour boiling water, hold for 2 minutes. Throw it in a colander, add ice water, drain and cool completely. Champignons are cleaned, mine, cut into large slices. Lightly fry the mushrooms on a small amount of vegetable oil until half cooked.

In the blender, whisk in a homogeneous mass ingredients for the sauce: tomato, garlic, onion, basil leaves, salt and pepper. Pizza dough is rolled with a rolling pin. Spread out in a form greased with vegetable oil. We form the skirting boards. Put the tomato sauce on the dough and spread it with a spatula.

We spread spinach and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle 2/3 of the grated cheese. We send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. We get the form with pizza from the oven.

With the potato press, we squeeze out 4 holes in the filling. Accurately pour in each hole for 1 egg. Top with the remaining 1/3 of the cheese. We send it back to the oven for 5-8 minutes.
