Traditional French stew of fish and vegetables stewed in white wine. Sharmant!
White fish fillet (I had carp) 400 g
Potatoes (boiled) 5-6 pieces
Onion 2 pcs
Tomato 2 pcs
Garlic 2 tooth.
Capers (can be olives or olives) 50 g
Pepper black peas 4-5 pcs
Wine white dry 50 ml
Pre-boil potatoes in uniforms and cool. Cut into small large pieces.
Cut the onions into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. At the end, add the finely chopped garlic. Pour in the white wine and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Add to the onion slices of white fish fillet, sliced, tomato, sliced slices and bell pepper. Stew until fish is ready.
Then add potatoes, capers. Stir the dish and fry for 1-2 minutes, so that all the tastes of the products merge into a single whole. Salt to taste. Serve with greens.
