Capelin - 300 g
Garlic - 3 teeth.
Cilantro (parsley) - 1/2 bundle.
Lemon zest - 1 tsp.
Black pepper

Kinzu (parsley) and chop the garlic finely.

I wash my cape (not gut) and add it to the package. Add cilantro, garlic, zest, salt, pepper and olive oil.

We close the package and shake it lightly so that all the capelin is covered with marinade. We put it in the fridge for the night to pickle.

Fry in small portions in the Forester grill, gently turning the spatula.
