Ingredients:

For dough:
fresh yeast - 30 g

eggs - 2 pcs.
butter - 200 g
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. tablespoons
sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons of
vodka - 1 tbsp. spoon of
salt - 1 teaspoon of
milk - 1 ½ cup
sugar - ½ cup
flour - about 1 kg

Preparation:

1. Dilute the yeast in warm water with sugar, add flour to the consistency of sour cream and leave in the heat for an approach of 20-30 minutes. Opara should be well foamed and lifted by a cap.

2. In the meantime, mix the eggs and sugar needed for the dough. Do not whisk.

3. Add the egg mixture to the risen pan, mix it, then enter the vodka and all the other ingredients of the dough except the flour and milk, stir the resulting mixture again. Important! Dough butter does not melt, just bring it to a soft place at room temperature.

4. Add half of flour in small portions, diluting with warm milk and kneading the dough of thick cream (we can use a mixer with dough nozzles well).

5. Leave the dough to stand for about 1 hour. Double it, knead the rest with flour and leave again for 50-60 minutes.

6. After the second approach, the dough is ready for cutting into patties. According to this recipe, you can make a dough in a bread maker.
