Spanish salsa sauce

15 cherry tomatoes
1 tooth. garlic
20 g of green onion
20 g of dill
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Wash tomatoes, chives and dill.
Place tomatoes, garlic, onions, dill and grind all the ingredients in a blender bowl until the pasty state.

After grinding, add to the mass vinegar, tomato paste and olive oil.
Carefully salt and pepper the sauce, then pour it into the gravy.

Salsa is a traditional sauce of Spanish cuisine. It is similar to the Spanish gazpacho soup, in which water, vinegar, vegetable oil and cucumber are still added.
