"Twisting T" (working out with pains in the lower back) Lie on your back, place your arms so that your body with elongated legs looks like the letter "T". Now lift the bent knees to the groves. And then slowly lower them as low as possible on the floor to the side. Keep both your shoulders pressed to the floor. Breathe deeply, try to relax the muscles of the lower back. Remain in this position for 1-2 minutes. Repeat the other way.
