1. Coffee, brown sugar, cinnamon put in a Turk pour water.
2. Turku put on a small fire and wait until the foam rises, while the coffee should not boil. As the foam rises, remove the Turk from the fire and let the coffee "rest" for about 1 minute. In total, the foam on coffee should go up 3 times.
3. While the coffee "rests" whisk the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar. The yolk mixture is poured over the cups. Then very gently, on the blade of the knife (or at least on the edge of the cup) we pour in coffee.
