250 g of green olives (I have 200 g of olives, 50 g of feta), 150 g of grated cheese, such as Grüer, 4 eggs, 250 g of flour, 7 g of baking powder, 100 ml of olive oil, 100 ml of white wine .
In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder. In another mix the eggs, olive oil, wine. Combine, gradually adding flour to the egg mixture. Stir well until smooth. Add the olives, cheese.
