For the dough:
softened butter - 220 g
powdered sugar - 220 g
flour - 220 g
soda - 2 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
baking powder - 1 tsp.
eggs - 4 pcs.
cocoa powder - 50 g
melted bitter chocolate - 100 g
For glaze and filling:
bitter chocolate - 220 g
butter - 50 g
fatty cream - 200 ml
strawberry or apricot jam - 4 tbsp. l.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Two forms for baking grease with oil and lay out the bottom with parchment paper.
Mixer mix flour, soda, salt, butter, sugar, baking powder, eggs and cocoa until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Thoroughly mix in the dough melted chocolate.
Divide the mixture evenly between prepared forms and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
To make the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter on a water bath, cool for 2-3 minutes. Then add 5 tbsp. l. cream and cool completely (you can put in the refrigerator, so that the cream quickly thickens).
Beat the remaining cream until soft foam. Lubricate the first cake with jam, then lay a layer of whipped cream. Cover with a second crust and pour over the chocolate glaze, gently leveling the top and sides. Decorate with chocolate chips and put in the refrigerator until it freezes.
