Raspberry ice cream with pieces of chocolate
Cream 350 ml;
Raspberry 250 g;
Sugar powder 3 tbsp. l .;
Chocolate 50 gr;
Fresh raspberries to wash, dry. Fold in the bowl of the blender, add the powdered sugar. Beat into a homogeneous mass.
Fat cream (30%) beat in a dense mass. Then add crimson mousse and continue whisking for another 1 minute.
Chop white chocolate into small pieces, add to raspberry ice cream. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a container and put in a freezer. After 1-2 hours get ice cream, mix well, return to the freezer. After another 1-2 hours, ice cream again get and mix. Then put into the freezer for 4-5 hours (stir occasionally to keep the ice cream elastic).http://vk.com/fave
