2. Milk 0.5% I do not know how much, probably 100-150 ml - mixed with cottage cheese to get a more liquid consistency - like liquid sour cream
3. Persimmon soft without bones, 1 piece - finely chopped, mixed with cottage cheese and milk.
All this in a freezer for 30 minutes.
To taste it is more interesting than just a persimmon with cottage cheese. You can sprinkle nuts.
