Mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
200 g champignons
1 large onion
150 g sour cream vegetable oil, salt

Preparation:
1. Mushrooms and onion finely chopped and stewed in vegetable oil for 15 minutes with the lid closed so that the liquid does not evaporate (if the mushrooms are dry, you can add a little water).
2. Then add sour cream and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Cool, add greens and grind everything in a blender until smooth.

The sauce is ready!
