Regular roll "Turkish Lahmacun Borek" recipe - Nursevin Sönmez
- 3 pieces of thin sheet of dough
- 1 egg
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 3 soup spoon yogurt
- Half tea glass oil
- Carbonate with tea spoon

1- Put the internal materials, except the mince in the kitchen robot, so that won't be too thin. Add water and mix with ground beef. Beat the sauce and distribute it on the layer with the help of a spoon.
2- Now, spread the second layer thin sheet of dough cool and sauce again on the layer with the spoon.
3- Spread the sauce over the third layer thin sheet of dough by spoon and then place the dangling parts of the thin sheet. Recently, leaving the remaining sauce with a spoon, then spread the minced meat on top of them. Bake it 180-190 degrees centigrade in the preheated oven for 20 minutes in the middle raft. After the first warmth the "lahmacun borek" is to be rolled in the form of a roll. Wait for a while, then divide it into 2 parts from the middle. Take it by slicing it on the serving tray. You can serve it hot.
