1 liter of milk (I have 3.2%),
1 tbsp. (I put quite a bit of salt, salt to taste),
200 ml of sour cream (I have 500 grams of 20%),
3 eggs (I have large)
Put salt in the milk and boil it all.
Smetana beat up with eggs (simply evenly mix) and pour a thin trickle into boiling milk.
Cook stirring for 5-7 minutes (I cook for about two minutes after boiling ... no more, then the cheese is more tender, it's a matter of taste).
Then the cheese must be filtered through cheesecloth into 4 layers.
Squeeze, put on the night under the load and put in the refrigerator.
I got 450 grams.
