Method of cooking a warm mushroom salad with tomatoes Cut the
onions into rings. Garlic finely chopped. Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts. Chop the green onions. Tomatoes cut into 8 parts, do not need to cut the cherry.
Warm up the olive oil in a deep frying pan and pass the onion into it until it is transparent. At the end of frying, add the garlic. Then put the mushrooms in a frying pan and fry for 3-5 minutes, add the tomatoes, green onions and leave for another 3 minutes.
Salad pepper, salt and season with lemon juice and zest. Put on the table warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
